Why are you called ASAP?

ASAP stands for “All Simple All Plants”. This is a motto that we believe in here at ASAP HQ. We think that we can take care of the planet by keeping our diets simple and full of plants.

Do your m*lkshakes contain any allergens?

Our m*lkshakes are gluten-free, nut & soy-free not to mention dairy-free. We say no to allergies!

What vitamins and minerals are in your m*lkshakes?

We have fortified each m*lk with loads of essential vitamins and minerals to keep your health in tip-top shape. Inside you will find calcium, vitamins A, B1 (Thiamin), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B6, B7 (Biotin), B9 (folic acid), B12, C, D, E and K.

There is 100% of your vitamin B12 RDA because vegans can't obtain this naturally in a vegan diet.

We have also fortified our drinks with 100% RDA of vitamin D as this is deficient for many Irish people.

Do I have to keep my ASAP in the fridge?

ASAP m*lkshakes can be stored ambiently, but we think they taste even better coming from the fridge. Once opened, keep them in the fridge.

Are ASAP m*lkshakes full of artificial flavours and sweeteners?

We chose natural flavours and sweeteners to ensure our m*lkshakes are as honest as we are. We don’t hide behind any hidden nastiness.

OUR FOUNDERS PLANT POWERED JOURNEY.

Our founders, Paudie and Céin, began the ASAP journey when they changed to a plant-based diet. They believe that we can all maintain a healthy and balanced diet whilst also choosing more sustainable options.

Having grown up in the countryside's of Monaghan and Cavan with a diet high in dairy, they didn't want to compromise when they changed to a vegan one.

One thing that stood out to them was the lack of on-the-go plant-based protein options available in Ireland. That inspired them to begin making plant-based protein m*lkshakes the way they should be - high in protein, low in sugar and completely dairy free! The fruits of their labour are creamy, delicious protein m*lkshakes that they just had to share!
